Private Sessions

Since we all have our own unique life histories and circumstances, it makes sense that consistent, individualized learning is most effective. Independent sessions can be tailored for one person, a small group, or as part of a corporate wellness program. Any of these interconnected elements may be included:

  • Movement: yoga asana and other nourishing movement to stabilize, mobilize, and invite space into the physical body

  • Breath: breathing practices to create emotional space and bridge the gap between body and mind

  • Meditation: techniques like kriya and yoga nidra, to deprogram and reprogram our mental patterns

  • Sound: chant, crystal singing bowl and tuning fork intoning, to calm the nervous system and clear the mind

  • Marma: yoga acupressure and targeted myofascial work, to release stagnant stress in the body
