Join Megan Young for a relaxing self-care exploration this winter. This workshop will include:
A guided self-massage practice using yoga therapy balls and breathwork, aimed to create more freedom in the soft tissues of the body
A restorative yoga sound bath with crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, to sink into bliss and renewal
Offer yourself space for self-inquiry, recalibration, release, and rest. All are welcome.
